Sswine gets a GUI!

As the title states, Sswine just got a GUI interface in GTK3! Of course, this adds a dependency on the ruby gem "gtk3" to use it.
On the user side, core functionalities remain untouched.
Code-wise, there have been some tweaks and changes overall to allow interactions with the GUI.
