fix: typos in chroma docs

Fix misspelling of creates in chroma docs across multiple files.

those files are generated anyways, so changing them manually will only fix them temporarily until they get re-generated.

(no idea why they choose to keep the generated files in the repo)

But SPWN is currently getting rewritten, so you'll have no way to make meaningful contributions like this one currently.
