Update theme into something blue

fixes #157 , #2
changed the theme into something blue that best suits with the orange colour of the logo updated the campaign cards added a glowy effect to them when hovered. with header and footer made them transparent and glassy effect. updated a little bit of dark theme too

Hi @RashiS26 sorry for responding late I have a few suggestions:

1. Since the codebase has changed a lot if you can create a new PR in next week

2. I do not want to change the color of connect button to blue it seems a bit odd to me since the whole theme is based on orange I like the background effect on the campaign cards :)

3. The text color also need not be changed acc to me

4. Important I just saw my earlier comment and I had earlier asked you to get the design approved by josemi or bruno in discord channel itself before creating PR I will still reccommend to do this pls!
