Mostly following these instructions: http://python-packaging-user-guide.readthedocs.org/en/latest/distributing/#uploading-your-project-to-pypi

  1. Create a PyPI user
  2. Create a ~/.pypirc
  3. Ask to be added as a maintainer for loomengine on PyPI
