…rface library. Now the compiler executable is fully 64 bit. Only thing missing, code generation for both X32 and X64

This looks like a very reasonable improvement to me. I'm not actively maintaining this project currently (but I am actually working on a new language derived from PL/I here though this is currently still in the grammar design stage). But changes like this are still helpful, I will review this later, thanks for the contribution.
