Exactly what it says on the tin. Opening PR for easier review, feedback, etc

TODO

  • Thirst variable that decreases on mob life, and decreases faster while moving
  • Reagents are able to either increase or decrease thirst
  • Having too little or too much thirst results in stamina being capped
  • Too little/too much thirst results in direct stamina loss
  • Too little/too much thirst results in confusion and vomiting, respectively
  • More non-lethal thirst effects (Blurry eye effect, dizziness, jitters, seizures, etc)
  • Having too little or too much thirst can be directly lethal (Maybe? Possibly?)
  • Balancing
  • Adjust quench_amount values for a bunch of reagents
  • Grammar/wording pass
  • Proper HUD sprites for thirst (Maybe? Possibly?)

This is looking great so far, I personally would make dehydration kill you eventually, but I suppose that's up to Frosty. I'll work on getting you some UI sprites if you like.
