This was a bit of a pain point when using the skin on the phone. If this is problematic for you let me know, it is possible to make a different version out of it if needed, and in the meantime you can keep using v1.2 below.

Initial release of the DM42 skin for the Free42 simulator.

You probably want size 2 or 3 on your Laptop if the size of the simulator is fixed by the size of the skin. On your phone where the simulator adapt to the size of the screen, you probably want the best image quality, go for 12.
