Using Enamine's REAL compound library, a virtual screening was performed by Konstantin Popov (@kipUNC), of which 192 were flagged - selection here. 70 compounds were purchased for biological assessment in an unwindase assay (@alvaro-magalhaes could you ensure we have some details somewhere about what this assay is - ideally a protocol in file diary. Unwinding Assay

57 of the 70 compounds were tested in the unwinding assay and none were active - data here. (Compound RA-0001822 was used as a control, a known active from a parallel project).
