GrooveTracker: ring buffer of tick events, groove score via exp decay of mean wrapped phase error, threshold-based correction detection.
MusicalGenome: 25 genes clamped to [0,5], harmonic/rhythmic/spectral 8-gene blocks, metadata gene, dial_position phenotype, fitness distance. tradition_dna: encode/decode_tradition, deterministic TRADITION_GENOMES dict for the 10 traditions.
CounterpointAnalyzer: per-room snapshot history, direction detection with 1e-6 epsilon, contrary/parallel/oblique classification, MotionScore with weighted quality (contrary 1.0, oblique 0.5, parallel 0.2).
