Summary

  • expose mediainfo.capabilities through the embedded Node facade
  • let mediainfo.read forward an explicitly selected plugin snapshot schema
  • preserve the existing Node MediaInfo v1 result when schema is omitted
  • update the media/recorder parity sample to negotiate v2 only when advertised

Narrow integration

This branch is based on origin/master and contains one focused runtime commit. It intentionally excludes the unpublished Node development-assets/type bundle, generated multilingual release notes, and build-number metadata from the longer local development line.

Coordination

All five pull requests remain Draft and should be reviewed as one coordinated contract set. None of them changes a release version or authorizes a merge/release.

Validation

  • app:testDebugUnitTest passes
  • app:assembleDebug passes
  • native debug builds pass for arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, and x86_64

Not included

  • the broader unpublished Node type-asset migration
  • version bump, merge, or release

Closing without merging: the same change already exists on the local master line as ccd69fb (identical content, verified line-by-line) and will reach origin/master with the next master push. The head branch is being removed.
