This pull request updates the footer section of the Home Page to improve navigation and provide users with essential legal and informational links.
🧩 Changes Made
Added Privacy Policy (privacy.html) and Terms of Use (terms-of-use.html) links to the footer under the Important Links section.
Used Font Awesome icons (fa-user-shield and fa-file-contract) for a modern and consistent UI.
Ensured responsive layout alignment and maintained design consistency with the existing site theme.
