Neurovox with salad and sonar api

• Ability to enter Salad Transcription API key and use it
• Abillity to add Perplexity Sonar and use it for post-processing
• Debug mode for mobiles (adds info on chunks, processed api calls, puts some logs into note)
• Fixed a bug causing audio file was not created on mobiles
• Changed memory limits for mobile (it was very low and caused errors after 20 seconds of recording with Salad API)
