beszel: add packages for hub and agent

Add new packages:

• baszel-agent ([Package Request] Simple system monitoring with Beszel #6537)
• baszel-hub

Closes #6537

• Package upgrade completed successfully (Manually install the package again)
• Package functionality was tested
• Any needed documentation is updated/created

TODO

• baszel-agent: implement/fix package update with one of the following solutions:
  • avoid deletion of the key on package update (set it on initial installation only)
  • add an update wizard to enter the key again
  • add an update wizard with the option to keep the key or set a new key
