DBT contains built-in documentation capabilities. In order to better communicate the contents of the various databases. It should be relatively easy to build and host these docs using available tools on Github.

Tasks:

• Test docs publish command and explore docs locally
• Build and publish docs to github pages (?)
• Add to Synthetix docs
