Adds "Clear Recent Calls" button in Calls tab header menu. Shows confirmation dialog with "Delete for Everyone" option. Uses TDLib's DeleteAllCallMessages API. Cherry-picked from PR TGX-Android#527 by null-nick. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <[email protected]>
