Matlab is required. Download all files to a single folder Run the "Clustering2D_spICPTOFMS_SS.m" script Default program parameters are: stage one cutoff value (0.6), stage 2 cutoff value (0.3), occurence frequency (0.2), and minimum particles per cluster (5) The user can test how changing these HCA paraameters affects the output results.
