Refactor build workflow to build binaries for more platform and docker images

• try executables -> https://github.com/lgc2333/phira-mp/releases
• try docker images: (https://github.com/lgc2333/phira-mp/pkgs/container/phira-mp-server)
  • Pull: docker pull ghcr.io/lgc2333/phira-mp-server:latest
  • Compose: (undo all comments if you are using 1panel)
