After 5 minutes of googlin'....
- keycastr - mac program that doesn't teach directly but Bill used to use this pairing to rapidly learn my partner's key shortcuts without having to ask "Whoa how'd you do that?" every 2 seconds in an IDE
- EVE - mac-specific trainer that reminds you of shortcuts that exist whenever you do it the "slow" way. won't help with tech-only ones but could be a nice boost when starting out
- Shortcutfoo - seems similar to this in that it's a game-ified learning web app. Has free dojos that include terminal commands and vim shortcuts
