改动

• 新建页：上报协议改为块状单选；选 Prometheus 展示蓝色 Alert
• 管理页：指标类型 + 自定义分组 AND 筛选；表列类型/来源；Histogram/Summary 指标族展开；详情类型 Tag 与时序性（子指标无、指标族可改）
• 可视化：指标树收敛为聚合名展示

影响面

• custom-escalation-set / detail / view 相关前端；类型字段缺失处仍为 Mock，待后端联调
• 不含 Histogram 图多选聚合（留给前端同学后续实现）
• 不含 webpack.config.js 本地开发配置

测试

• 新建页协议块选 + Prometheus Alert
• 管理页类型/分组筛选、指标族展开、详情时序性规则
• 可视化树仅见聚合名
