变更内容

  • 新增 DetectionOutcome v1 与 Trigger StrategyIR 纯函数契约
  • 从现有 Detect/Trigger 测试抽取无运行时依赖的共享 fixture
  • 提供 Python→Go→Python Golden、稳定 input_id 与 fail-closed 边界测试

边界

  • 不接入现有生产调用链
  • 不引入 Kafka、Redis、Celery、Shadow 或生产写入

本地验证

  • 纯契约与 Golden：42 passed
  • Ruff check/format、compileall、diff-check 通过
  • 既有 Django service 测试由 DevOps 分支门禁执行
