Add Figure Factory Table Visualization Operator

The purpose of the PR is to implement a visualization operator for the Figure Factory Table

Although it shares a resemblance with Tables

• please refer to: https://plotly.com/python/table/

it cannot

1. Add links to individual elements within the table
2. Use LaTex
3. Modifying the height of table rows
4. Customizable colors/size

The changes include all mentioned above with the exception of modifying individual table row colors.
Except adding attributes, color customizations such as color/font size and height of table rows are optional
