Add owner detail page and refactor detail page

Propose:
Allow workflow owners to preview what the detail page displayed in the hub will look like in advance.

Change:

1. Add a button in the list item that only appears for private workflows. Clicking the button will bring up a modal displaying the detail page.
2. Add a "back to the previous page" button in the detail page, as well as a description section.
