About the PR
Added a Den specific options tab for features we add.
This is just the tab from #69 but without the language stuff in it. Other PRs might want the tab to exist and having it get in like this makes that a bit easier. If we want it to be called something besides just "Den" let me know.
Why / Balance
Makes it so that we don't have to touch upstream's tab files when adding options.
Technical details
Just adds a new xaml file for it and adds it to the overall options menu.
