Adding a Member

  1. Navigate to Members -> Add
  2. Fill in the required form fields.
  3. Click into the "Keycard" field and scan the card on the scanner. You may also type strings
  4. Click "Add Member".
  5. You should now be directed to the Member list page, the Member should appear at the bottom of the list.

Removing a Member

  1. Navigate to Members -> List
  2. Locate the member you wish to delete.
  3. Click the trash icon next to the user.
  4. The user is no longer in the list.

Updating a Member's details

  1. Navigate to Members -> List
  2. Locate the member you wish to update.
  3. Click the update icon next to the user.
  4. Edit the details as you would when adding a member.
  5. Click "Update Member" to finalize.

Granting a Member access privileges

  1. Navigate to Members -> Manage Access
  2. Locate the member you wish to update.
  3. Click the Modify Access icon next to the user.
  4. Click the "+" icon below the list of readers.
  5. Locate and tick the box next to readers you wish to grant access to.
  6. Click submit to finalize.

Revoking a Member's access privileges

  1. Navigate to Members -> Manage Access
  2. Locate the member you wish to update.
  3. Click the Modify Access icon next to the user.
  4. Locate the reader you wish to revoke access to.
  5. Click the "-" icon next reader name.
