Pigeon Like Foods

File name: pigeon_like_foods

This tag chooses what items can be given to pigeons to tame or breed them. If the item is a food, the higher the hunger, the higher chance there will be to tame the pigeon. If the item is not a food, there is a 1 in 10 chance that the pigeon will be tamed.

Pigeon Love Foods

This tag decides what items have a 50% chance of taming a pigeon. It is important to note that if an item has both tags, it will follow the logic of the Pigeon Like Foods tag.

Note: On any 1.18.2 version, this is not respected, and they will only follow Bread Crumbs. However, since version 1.4.0, this behavior has been restored.

Spawn Biome Tags

The tags below control what biomes pigeons spawn in, and in what amount they spawn. For more information about them, go here

• pigeon_spawn_biomes_high: High pigeon spawn rate.
• pigeon_spawn_biomes_medium: "Average" pigeon spawn rate.
• pigeon_spawn_biomes_low: Low pigeons spawn rate

Note: In later versions, these tags will be replaced by a more "in-depth" spawn configuration system. They will still exist, so it won't completely break any configuration. However, you should upgrade to the new system when it releases.
