Features

• Added support for WFAT rate method -- which enables simulation on molecular systems!
• The Lasers now has full freedom -- the azimuth parameter in the constructors can specify the azimuth angle of the laser; the ellip now supports [-1,1] instead of [0,1].
• The soft core parameter of the HydrogenLikeAtom can be specified by the user.

Fixes

• Fixed a mistake in the SAEAtom's potential.
