Summary

This PR address a group of fixes to the console redesign branch

Changes

• Streamline upgrade button
• Link right side of overview header
• Add tooltips to ambiguous icons
• Add !important to all utility classes
• Use different icons for each notification in the dropdown

Checklist

• Scope: The referenced issue is addressed, there are no unrelated changes.
• Compatibility: The changes are backwards compatible with existing API, storage, configuration and CLI, according to the compatibility commitments in README.md for the chosen target branch.
