[Feature Request] Improved Auto-Aim System

What should happen

Before I dive into this topic thanks for adding a feature to see ped's health while free aim on gamepad, that will be an improvement and nice feature to have, anyways here's the deal.

Controller/Gamepad users (like me) suffer and struggles with one big nightmaring issue, Auto Aim.

Basically in the vanilla game, when you aim with a gamepad using auto aim it will stick into that auto aim until you half press the aiming button or just shoot without aiming. This is really, REALLY annoying, older GTA games like GTA San Andreas and even GTA V doesn't have this issue.

Let's take GTA San Andreas as an example, in that game, you can auto-aim and if you want to free-aim you just move your right stick and it will become a free-aim, the issue in GTA IV is that you can't move your right stick anywhere while auto-aiming as if the game says "You're not allowed to move your camera or aiming angle while auto-aiming".

I really hope that you fix and improve the auto-aiming system in GTA IV to be similar to GTA San Andreas and GTA V, that will be a dream for every controller user.
