What is this issue about?
I feel we can organize CODEOWNERS by Github teams. For example, we can create Rust or red-monkey contributors team under Toyota-Connected-India and add the team Toyota-Connected-India/{team_name} to the CODEOWNERS file. So, that we can add/remove the contributors easily without having to push a commit for addition/removal and avoid errors as in the following screenshot.
