We want a document that stores data for our Testimony carousel. Each document will be rendered as a card on the carousel.

Create a new Quote document. Each document requires the following fields:

• body
• image (string, url to image. we will add image uploading functionality later)
• source (string, name and occupation of person who gave the quote)

Validate these fields to make sure they exist and are valid.

Create get-all, create, update, and delete routes for quotes.

For testing, show the creation of quote documents using postman.
