The plugin fails to load for Minecraft Paper 1.13.2 because of missing dependencies that are bundled with later versions of Paper. This just adds those dependencies.
However, I have not tested this with any other versions of Minecraft, nor have I been very thorough with making sure all changes I made are necessary, so I can't guarantee my changes are all required or that this is supported by anything other than JDK 11 and Paper running Minecraft 1.13.2.
