👋 Hi, I’m @Turner75. Mr Graham to most of the people I come in contact with in the course of volunteering my talent for fixing stuff on this paradise island of Hawaii. From large gantry stone saws to CNC bridgemill conversions and replacing watch batteries. Retired 1999 after thirty years in aeroengine advanced production development. Relocated from UK to USA and continued developing high resolution ultrasonic transducer design. Re-entered paid employment, developing and constructing commercial Laue real time Xray crystalography analysis systems. Transited from hard wired industrial control and measurement systems to software driven projects,Pre PC inception, Intel 8080/85 processors, later, Microchip PIC based projects for integrating into exsisting equipment, motion control, ultrasonic inspection systems. Assembler language for the micro controllers and PIC Basic. Experimenter, machinist, audio tube amplifier builder, lapidarist.

👀 I’m interested in Early telephone, telegraph, wireless, computer and Xray equipment refurbishing , small control systems... Machining, I have small machine shop,lathe, mill, tig welding, carry out some lapidary and silver smithing.

🌱 I’m currently learning to program TI Launchpad kit for Clough42 electronic leadscrew project. Also update software, (25years old) driving a rotary table on my mill, PIC 16C84 based. PBPPRO, MPLAB & Microcode IDE environment.
