Introduce Download Ability

Hi Lukas,

As previously discussed privately, this pull request introduces some optional improvements that align the action with a broader asset management focus.
With the introduction of the download ability, i've added a new downloadPath action input. To keep the inputs clear and consistent, I propose renaming the zipPath parameter to uploadPath.

These enhancements allow the action to handle both uploading and downloading of assets seamlessly, and they set the stage for evolving the tool into a comprehensive asset management solution rather than just an uploader.
It might also be worth considering a renaming of the action itself in the future to better reflect this expanded scope.
