Modi are removed and now build par pyfortool --buildModi (>= 0.2.19).

@SebastienRietteMTO I do not know how you would handle in check_testprogs and common which are not using prep_code yet (needed to call the build Modi) : by adding prep_code call ? This is tricky, can you validate this solution and I try; or you do it ?
