Description
This PR implements a Ledger connector.
It is based on the work done here #877. But iterates over it in one critical way:
It loads the @ledgerhq/connect-kit package via a yarn package.
@ledgerhq/connect-kit is thus added (with a fixed version, 1.1.8) in packages/ledger/package.json
