  • V: RGASC Help, CDRS was amaze for socials and wksps great workspace. Jess was amaze. Denny amazing ad campaign
  • D: Re CDRS amaze space, comfy, great when have lots of ppl. Great schedule, success workshops

- Thorns: What do you think we could have done better?

  • D: Gmail was hard to set up, access, learning how to use. Emailing has more reach and interaction - got people asking to be added to the mailing list. Didn't expect to take that long to learn. CDRS regulation fell short - Denny still didn't get key access. Don't have enough manpower
  • V: Attendance - people sign up and don't come even online. Surved student body of what lessons they wanted and yet still had low attendance.
  • Y: RGASC ran out of budget for catering, caught us by surprise

- Buds: What ideas do we have for next term?

  • V: Carpentries, advertise to join exec at meet and greets

Carpentries?!?!


2. **Summer** (10-20 mins)
- Do we want to run some events during the summer?
- Bring back carpentries downtown?
- Talk to the new MadLab manager - organize some workshops and app-building

3. **Elections and New-Exec Onboarding** (10-15 mins)
- Are there any roles that could be done away with or new roles that we may need for the future?
- When should we run elections?
- Anyone that we know who is willing to join?

4. **Misc** (5-10 min)
- Are there any other business that needs attending to?
