I also added optional instructions to setup venv with uv after setting up the package. Do you think it is useful?

I considered adding uv build and echo "import testpackage; testpackage.hello_world('Universe')" | uv run -, but it might be confusing. If useful maybe a separate short tutorial with uv instructions
