What was changed?
This pull request updates the styling for links in the site footer to improve the user experience. The default underline on footer links has been removed for a cleaner look. A background highlight animation has been added for when a user hovers over a link, which provides better visual feedback.
Why was this change made?
The goal was to make the footer links more interactive and modern. The new highlight effect is more noticeable and provides a better user experience than the previous styling.
