Documentation

Short Description

  • Added Dockerfile to dockerize the template and allow users of the template to customize it as per their needs
  • Added GUIDELINES.md that outlines recommendations to follow when a repository is created using this template.
  • Fixed GitHub workflows to install project dependencies correctly in the virtual env

Tests Added

No tests necessary as its only documentation and configuration file changes.
