This allows better testing and better visibility of oauth interactions. 1. The OidcDebug flag now enables full network inspection to see what the server has sent. 2. Tests can include relayed responses to ensure we have full support to what the IDP provides. Combined with 1 we can get quick feedback for unusualy IDP transactions in future so we can support non-compliant IDPs better. 3. Removed the oidc-cognito authenticator because the upstream library now support cognito natively. 4. Refactored all oauth style authenticators to use the same oidc authenticator. This makes code simpler and more consistent. It also adds logging and debugging to other non-oidc authenticators like github and google.
