Version 1.1.1

This build includes a small hotfix for Hassium which introduces a delay between the monitors being woken up which previously caused only some Windows to successfully revert to their old positions. There's also a check for all previously known monitors to be woken up before this delay is triggered for added safety, however this does ~technically~ cause a "bug" where permanently detaching a monitor can cause Hassium to never detect the last monitor, and thusly not moving your windows back.
