Chesterfield: originally British and internationally used (as in classic furnishing terminology) to refer to a sofa whose arms are the same height as the back, it is a term for any couch or sofa in Canada (and, to some extent, Northern California).

I'll fill this in more later, but one thing that's not obvious is that you need to use my version of underscore.js. I'ved patched it and submitted a pull request but so far am getting no love.
