Bumps src/telemetry for the Model Lab adversarial-audit fixes (submodule PR #153): real cancel, visible run errors, honest tyre-cliff labelling, situation-lens sync, radio run persistence, and several low-severity guards. Submodule CI green; tyre cliff hint browser-verified. This closes the Model Lab (#38) migration.
