Bumps src/telemetry for the Model Lab polish (submodule PR #154): chart tooltip fix (no redundant compound row, 3-decimal values), maximize control off on single-value gauge cards, and a Run all models button. Pairs with the parent-side lazy agents init (#516). Submodule CI green; all changes browser-verified.
