1- Reorganize all documentation files into category subdirectories (overview, cli, crud, hooks, pagination-and-sort, operations-and-types) 2- Add full documentation guides for Introduction, Client Lifecycle, Schema & ElementType, Enums, Composite Keys, Transactions, Raw SQL, Errors, Init Command, Client Generation, and Migrations 3- Add sidebar-manifest.json as the single source of truth for doc categories, file ordering, and sidebar navigation 4- Update sync-docs.yml GitHub Actions workflow to recursively sync category directories to phi-website
