For clarity, the votes were: 11 in favor, 5 against As this is a rollback of a recent change, we permit a slight reduction in threshold for the rollback to take effect. |

Previously, I nerfed HRA in terms of splash damage and also increased “buildPoints” from 800 to 900 and now, in my opinion, the second action was unnecessary
