The Alchemy Table and Hellfire Forge recipes in JEI now have "LP or "Will" above the arrow in JEI, and both have "Info" below the arrow, to help indicate that there is a tooltip there.
* Removed the text shadows. This makes them easier to read. * Added comma thousands separator to LP amounts. * Moved the tooltip hover area to the Arrow to be consistent with other recipe tooltips. * Added the "Info" label under the arrow to hint that the tooltip exists.

Added text around the arrow to the Alchemy Table, Hellfire Forge, and Blood Altar to hint to players that there is a tooltip.
Adjusted the Blood Altar's recipe view in various ways.
