• 환경변수에 의해 MSW 설정 on/off 되도록 수정했기 때문에 환경변수 설정 가이드를 README에 추가했습니다.
• playwright test 시 MSW가 항상 on 되어있어야 하므로 환경변수 설정 가이드를 README에 추가했습니다.
• playwright test 실행 명령어 가이드를 README에 추가했습니다.
