[Feat] 채팅 읽음 처리 API 연동

• 채팅방 입장 시 현재까지의 채팅이 전부 읽음 처리 됩니다.
• 채팅방 목록에서 보이던 unreadCount (안읽은 메세지 개수)가 정상적으로 동작합니다.
