[Fix] 채팅 관련 여러가지 에러 수정 작업

📝 변경 사항

• 채팅을 길게 작성할 때, 보내기 버튼 옆으로 넘어가는 현상 수정.
• 영어로 띄어쓰기하지 않은 채, 쭉 이어서 작성 시 글이 잘리는 현상 수정.
• 채팅 1000자 제한.
• unreadCount 텍스트 패딩 대신 한자리, 두자리 숫자 별로 고정적인 사이즈값 제공.
• 채팅방 경로 /chat/[chatId] => /message/chat/[chatId]로 수정.
